Job Brief
We're in search of an experienced Senior SEO Specialist with a minimum of 4+ years of expertise. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of SEO principles, techniques, and strategies. They will excel in conducting keyword research, optimizing website content, and analyzing performance metrics to enhance search engine visibility and rankings. Effective communication and stellar time management abilities are essential for collaboration and meeting project deadlines.

Responsibilities

1. Keyword Research and Analysis: Conduct comprehensive research to identify relevant keywords and analyze their performance for optimizing website content to enhance search engine visibility and rankings.
2. On-Page and Off-Page Optimization: Implement on-page optimization strategies including meta tags, headers, and internal linking, as well as off-page tactics like backlink building and local SEO to improve search rankings.
3. Technical SEO: Audit website infrastructure, identify technical issues affecting SEO performance, and collaborate with development teams to implement solutions such as site speed optimization, mobile responsiveness, and schema markup.
4. Performance Monitoring and Analysis: Utilize tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, and others to monitor website traffic, analyze performance metrics, and identify optimization opportunities for continuous improvement.
5. Competitor Analysis: Monitor competitor SEO strategies, analyze their strengths and weaknesses, and identify opportunities to enhance our own SEO efforts.
6. Content Optimization:Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into content creation processes, including keyword optimization, content structure, and readability.
7. SEO Reporting: Generate regular reports on SEO performance metrics, including keyword rankings, organic traffic trends, backlink profiles, and conversion rates, and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
8. Industry Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm updates, and best practices in SEO to refine strategies and tactics accordingly.

Requirements

1. Minimum of 4+ years of experience in SEO roles.
2. Proficiency in SEO strategies, techniques, and tools.
